The Role:

Receptionist  

We are looking for an experienced full-time receptionist to support the team in Prins Willem Alexander Lodge in Birkdale, Queensland. The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate absolute commitment to exceptional customer service, as the first point of contact for individuals and families looking for care and support.

This position requires a special individual who can work within a busy environment and manage a diverse range of responsibilities and situations while always maintaining a positive and cheerful disposition.

Location: Birkdale, Brisbane

Hours: full-time hours

The Receptionist reports to the Chief Financial Officer and is required to perform, but not limited to the following tasks:

Responsibilities

  • Provide a high standard of customer service that is aligned to MiCare’s values

  • Answering phones and managing calls for a wide range of requests and enquiries

  • Administrative support

  • Assistance to the Manager Prins Willem Alexander Village as required

  • Managing the dietary system for residents

  • Managing admission documentation and administration

  • Managing the daily mail

  • Scanning of documents

  • Processing EFTPOS transactions and reconcile

  • Prepare application packs, pre-admission packs and admission parks, and employment packs

  • Managing stationery for the site

  • Resident phone administration and fault resolution

  • Undertake a diverse range of other duties as directed

  • Responding to telephone calls in a timely manner

  • Greeting and assisting visitors and residents in a professional and personal manner

  • Consistent high-level of customer satisfaction

The Role:

Clinical Care Coordinators (2 positions)

MiCare is looking for 2 Clinical Care Coordinators for evening, alternating weekends and holiday relief, working at our Carrum Downs facility with 72 resident Elders, on a part-time basis, you will be responsible for overseeing all clinical issues as per Standard 2 in the Aged Care Accreditation Standards.

Location:  Carrum Downs, Melbourne

Hours: Part-time (evening, alternating weekends and holiday relief)

The CCC role would suit someone who is driven and focused on providing excellence in care with the ability to mentor EENs and PCAs. This role will report directly to the manager.

Key duties:

About you:

Knowledge of the Dutch language or culture is ideal but not essential. Candidates from a diverse cultural background with appropriate experience are encourage to apply.

The Role:

Home Care Advisor – Chinese Speaking

The main focus of the position is to ensure that the MiCare current client’s quality of life is enhanced through their relationship with MiCare. Your excellent interpersonal skills will enhance MiCare’s position as a provider of choice particularly for migrant communities.

Location: South Eastern Metro Melbourne

Hours: Part Time (negotiable)

A vehicle or km reimbursement is included in the role depending on hours worked.  MiCare is a not-for-profit organisation and employees can benefit from salary packaging.
