Home Care Advisor – Chinese Speaking

The main focus of the position is to ensure that the MiCare current client’s quality of life is enhanced through their relationship with MiCare. Your excellent interpersonal skills will enhance MiCare’s position as a provider of choice particularly for migrant communities.

Location: South Eastern Metro Melbourne

Hours: Part Time (negotiable)

A vehicle or km reimbursement is included in the role depending on hours worked.  MiCare is a not-for-profit organisation and employees can benefit from salary packaging.

The Role:

Enrolled Nurse (multiple positions available)   

We are looking for a number of experienced Enrolled Nurses responsible to the Clinical Care Coordinator, to provide quality individualised care with enthusiasm to the Elders, and a safe environment for Elders, Staff and visitors.

The part-time positions are based in Carrum Downs, working AM, PM and Night shifts.

The Role:

 

Clinical Care Coordinator — Registered Nurse (Div 1)  

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator (RN1) to work mornings, evenings, on-call and weekends. Working at our Kilsyth site on a part-time basis, you will be responsible for overseeing all clinical issues as per Standard 2 in the Aged Care Accreditation Standards. The role would suit someone who is driven and focused on providing excellence in care with the ability to mentor ENs and PCAs. This role will report directly to the manager.

The Role:

Home Care Advisor  

We are looking for a full-time Home Care Advisor for the Gippsland Region based in Morwell. The main focus of the position is to ensure that the MiCare current client's quality of life is enhanced through their relationship with MiCare. The successful applicant will be required to develop local partnership and referral pathways — particularly within the clinic.

Locations: Co-located with medical clinic in Morwell (Gippsland region) 3 days a week, with the ability to work from home up to 2 days a week

 Payroll Supervisor

We are seeking for an enthusiastic, motivated and organised full-time Payroll Supervisor to join our team located in Carrum Downs, Victoria. This is a highly visible position working closely with and reporting to the HR advisor, Finance Manager and Chief Financial Officer. This is an exciting hands-on role for someone who enjoys a deadline driven environment with a strong background in report development and has extensive experience in payroll systems. A business improvement focus is imperative to this position along with the aptitude to learn and process payroll when required.

The Role:

 Casual — Afterhours/On Call Service Coordinator

MiCare is looking for an experienced Casual — Afterhours/On Call Service Coordinator to ensure the after-hours service operates efficiently in Melbourne. The successful applicant will need to screen calls and respond to situations that arise such as client non-response to a scheduled service, backfilling last minute roster changes, cancellations, respond to notification of emergencies — all outside of usual business hours, including weekends and public holidays. Successful applicants will be provide with a mobile phone and computer. The position will be based at your home, therefore you will need to have internet connection and a good mobile phone service.

Location: based at home

Hours: Casual — respond to calls, fortnightly

Monday to Friday between 7am to 8am, and 4pm to 9pm

Saturday & Sundays (and Public Holidays) between 7am to 9pm
