The Role:
Enrolled Nurse (multiple positions available)   
We are looking for a number of experienced Enrolled Nurses responsible to the Clinical Care Coordinator, to provide quality individualised care with enthusiasm to the Elders, and a safe environment for Elders, Staff and visitors.
The part-time positions are based in Carrum Downs, working AM, PM and Night shifts.

The Role:
 
Clinical Care Coordinator — Registered Nurse (Div 1)  
We are looking for an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator (RN1) to work mornings, evenings, on-call and weekends. Working at our Kilsyth site on a part-time basis, you will be responsible for overseeing all clinical issues as per Standard 2 in the Aged Care Accreditation Standards. The role would suit someone who is driven and focused on providing excellence in care with the ability to mentor ENs and PCAs. This role will report directly to the manager.

We are looking for an experienced part-time Registered Nurse based in our Avondrust Lodge site in Carrum Downs. The successful candidate is responsible to the Clinical Care Coordinator, and would work closely with the site Managers and Clinical Care Coordinators to provide quality individualised care with enthusiasm to the residents. If you are a Registered Nurse Division 1 with a current practicing certificate AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency), and have aged care experience please apply now.

 Payroll Supervisor
We are seeking for an enthusiastic, motivated and organised full-time Payroll Supervisor to join our team located in Carrum Downs, Victoria. This is a highly visible position working closely with and reporting to the HR advisor, Finance Manager and Chief Financial Officer. This is an exciting hands-on role for someone who enjoys a deadline driven environment with a strong background in report development and has extensive experience in payroll systems. A business improvement focus is imperative to this position along with the aptitude to learn and process payroll when required.

We are looking for an experienced Coordinator — Commonwealth Home Support Programme & Veterans Home Care (CHSPR & VHC) who will be responsible for managing our Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and Veterans Home Care (VHC) client's intake and care planning needs within metro Melbourne. The Coordinator — CHSP/VHC (VIC) main responsibility is to ensure that the MiCare current client's quality of life is enhanced through their relationship with MiCare.

The Role:
Care Manager (Senior RN1)
We are looking for a highly experienced Care Manager (RN1) to work full-time at our Carrum Downs facility.
You will be responsible for overseeing all clinical issues as per Standard  2 in the Aged Care Accreditation Standards. This role would suit someone who is driven and focused on providing excellence in care with the ability to mentor RNs, ENs and PCAs.
This role will report directly to the Facility Manager and will liaise with our Nurse Practitioner, General Manager of Residential Services, doctors, allied health, Elders and families.
Locations: Carrum Downs, Melbourne
Hours: Full-time
About you 
  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent is essential, with a post graduate qualification in aged care will be also highly regarded
  • Relevant Care Manager or Clinical Care Manager Experience in Aged Care
  • Experience and a working knowledge of ACFI and its validation process, aged care accreditation and in-depth knowledge of the aged care legislation and WHS
  • Certificate IV TAE Training and Assessment (or ongoing)
  • Leadership skills
  • Assessment and care planning

 CHSP Service Coordinator 
We are looking for an experienced CHSP Service Coordinator to join the team in our Kilsyth office on a full-time basis.
 
This is a dual role working alongside the CHSP Coordinator to assist with on-boarding and coordination of CHSP client data and services, and to work within the Service Coordination team rostering direct care staff to support our clients to continue living in their own homes
 
Locations: Kilsyth, Melbourne
 
Hours: full-time hours, Monday — Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm
 
Qualifications and Experience  
  • Experience in a similar coordinator role is essential
  • Sound knowledge of home care sector
  • Sound knowledge and experience with CHSP funding

The Role:
Domestic Support Workers (unqualified PCA/PCW)
 
We are looking for casual Domestic Support Workers (unqualified PCA/PWC) in the Cleveland and Sunnybank areas in Brisbane, Queensland to ensure that our MiCare home care clients' quality of life is enhanced through their relationship with MiCare. Your excellent interpersonal skills will enhance MiCare's position as a provider of choice particularly for migrant communities.  
 
Locations: Various locations including Sunnybank and Redlands area/Cleveland in Brisbane, Queensland
 
Hours: Casual — you  must be available a minimum of 3 week days. Paid training and kilometres reimbursement is also included in the role.
 
Domestic support workers are responsible for delivering direct care services (in the client's own home) while keeping in  with the roster and task lists including:
  • Cleaning — kitchen, bathroom, toilets
  • Vacuuming and moping
  • Dusting
  • Washing and ironing
  • Changing bed linen
  • Unaccompanied shopping and errands
  • Preparation and cooking of meals
  • Washing dishes
  • Defrosting & cleaning refrigerators
  • Emptying and cleaning of commodes  
To be considered for this role you must have:
  • Previous experience in domestic care
  • Minimum availability of three (3) week days
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates
  • Experience caring for people with specific care needs, dementia and challenging behaviours in adults
  • Queensland drivers license and an insured and roadworthy vehicle
  • Smartphone, access to computer (printer/scanner/fax)
