Connie says, “the windmill has been sitting in the weather for so many years, it has fallen apart. So the guys were asked if they could fix its woodwork”. Connie pointed out that the project took eight to twelve months to complete the woodwork and painting that restored the windmill to its former glory.
The woodwork shop located at Margriet Manor is also the home for other projects. Connie confirms that these include sailboat and windmill models, small toys such as doll cots and other small repairs.
