A bus trip to dazzling Christmas displays

The Carrum Downs Social Support Group had a wonderful day out filled with festive cheer as they embarked on a bus trip to explore some incredible stores decked out in dazzling Christmas displays. The shops were transformed into winter wonderlands, with vibrant ornaments, twinkling lights, and festive decorations capturing the magic of the season. From the moment they stepped inside, the members were greeted by an array of holiday sights that brought smiles to their faces and excitement to their hearts.

As the group wandered through the stores, the sparkling lights and beautiful decorations created a truly enchanting atmosphere, filling everyone with the holiday spirit. Whether they were admiring intricate ornaments or soaking in the cheerful decorations, the members enjoyed every moment of this magical experience. It was a day that not only celebrated the joy of Christmas but also strengthened the sense of community and togetherness, leaving everyone feeling uplifted and in the festive spirit.

Social Support Group

I attend the MiCare Social Support Group to connect with people, share a nice meal, and enjoy the company—I would truly miss it if I couldn’t attend. I look forward to the bus outings, as they give me the chance to socialise with others. The MiCare Social Support Group makes a big difference in my life. It gives me a reason to get up in the morning, stay active, and most importantly, have wonderful conversations with everyone. I chose MiCare after carefully considering different providers, and I’m very happy with my decision. My Home Care Package case manager at MiCare is always helpful and keeps in regular touch with me, which I really appreciate. I also enjoy living at MiCare Village in Carrum Downs, with the convenience of having the doctor and shops right next door.
