If you hold a Cert III/IV in Individual Support and have current experience in aged or disability care, we’d love to talk. Flexible casual, part-time and full-time roles available now.
As a carer, you will support older people to stay in their homes safely and independently
Your role may include:
- Help with personal care
- Assistance with cleaning the house
- Transport to appointments
- Help with grocery shopping
- Help with meal preparation
- Property maintenance and repairs
- Companionship & social group

What You Need to Bring

- A caring, respectful and reliable attitude
- A passion for working with older people
- An understanding and respectful approach to the individual needs of clients and residents
- Great communication skills to deliver person-centred care
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team for the better outcome of the clients and residents
- Valid Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Working with Children’s Check (Blue Card)
- National Police Check
- The right to work in Australia
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Optional)
