Matthew Sealy - Facility Manager Prins Willem Alexander Lodge

Matt originally did his Hospital Based training at St Johns Private Hospital in Hobart, then went to the University of Tasmania and completed an applied Science Degree in Trauma and Nursing.

Matthew has worked in Accident and Emergency Theatre and Community Health.  In 2005 Matt moved to Queensland to follow greater opportunities as he was developing a passion in the broader health care sector.  He was the Director of Clinical Services at Masonic Care and soon found out about ACFI and how intricate the Aged care system can be.  He moved from Masonic care to the Liaison Facility Manager for TriCare, this involved assisting facilities mainly with preparation for Accreditation and stepping in for Facility Managers who were on extended leave.

Regis then offered him a position as Regional Manager for the Sunshine Coast where he learned a lot about how to manage budgets and HR processes. At Bolton Clarke (formerly RSL care) he oversaw the installation of Autumn care across all of their 11 sites, this was completed in 2015. Matt then went to work for Infin8care as their National Residential Services Advisor.  In September 2017 he joined the team at MiCare as Manager, Residential Services at Prins Willem Alexander Lodge.
